We ship exclusively within Italy. All orders are processed during business days.

Preparation time: 24 business hours.

Delivery time: generally 24-48 business hours from the time the parcel is collected by the courier; islands or locations not served daily by couriers may take longer.

Shipments are handled by selected couriers. The indicated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, public holidays or any delays attributable to the courier.

Packaging is completely discreet: the parcel does not contain any information identifying its contents or the nature of the products purchased.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, any delays or service disruptions directly attributable to the carrier are beyond the Seller's control. The Seller will nevertheless assist the customer in resolving any delivery-related issues.

In the event of failure to collect, refusal of delivery or inability to complete delivery for reasons attributable to the Buyer, any additional storage, return or re-shipping costs may be charged to the Buyer.
